4 Areas of Inner Healing for Deeper Connections
In my short 33 years on this planet, I have experienced major depression, severe anxiety disorder and lost my father to suicide when I was 3 years old. After a bad spell of anxiety and depression which occurred after a relationship ended when I was 27 years old, I knew I had to turn my life around or I would die. I turned to holistic approaches for healing and began seeing an Inner Child Spiritual Councillor that helped guide me to heal my heart and soul from the inside out. I am now a Holistic Love & Relationship Coach and help clients create deeper connections with themselves, gain a greater sense of self and improve all other relationships in their lives.
